No, this does not look good at all, no not at all. How long do they take the freeze again?

They are SO good- they evoke a response…..you know what I mean? You can’t passively eat them, you engage with them! I will say that I’ve adapted the recipe a bit. I don’t use so much citrus fruit, more juice and zest. You can simply use your favorite mojito recipe and back way off on the rum so that they freeze. I would plan to make them a day ahead.
