Seasonal fruit for Fall includes Apples, Cranberries, Figs, Grapes, Pears, Persimmons, Pomegranates and Quinces. Apples are easy- eat them out of hand or baked into cobblers and pies. Homemade applesauce is wonderful, too. I dice an apple into my oatmeal along with cinnamon, raisins and brown sugar.
